Infants and Toddlers

Bonding with Baby yoga classes are a comfortable, supportive environment where parents and caregivers can meet, enjoy quality time with their babies, and experience the benefits of yoga without worrying about the little ones “bothering” others.

Each class has its own rhythm and includes yoga for the caregivers as well as some breathing and toning, yoga for parents and babies together, and massage and exercises for the baby.

Bring a blanket for your baby and wear loose, comfortable clothes. No prior yoga experience necessary. This class is for infants to almost-crawling.

 

Preschool and Elementary

The Pre-Grounded Yoga program is specifically designed to nurture the physical, emotional, and social needs of preschoolers through first grade.

This class explores yoga poses, partner poses, chanting, body and breath awareness, and developmentally appropriate yoga games.

Grounded Kids uses elements of play and fun to joyfully experience both the physical and emotional benefits of yoga.

Using the Grounded Yoga Elevator Series, each session incorporates weekly themes around the ideas of honor, balance, connection and more. 

Tweens and Teens

Grounded Tweens begin class with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a mindful and playful practice of grounded yoga, which incorporates Grounded yoga poses.

In this practice, Tweens discover the benefits of each pose while genuinely exploring how yoga fits into their world and everyday lives. Each class is centered on an inspirational heart-based theme.

Grounded Teens will gain an understanding of how the elements of yoga can help them find peace, balance, and physical and inner strength in their life.

Students practice sun salutations, fun yoga flows, and short meditation exercises that can recharge, focus, and/or calm the mind, body & spirit.
